Where you are ordering goods to be fulfilled directly by the Crestmax Limited, the following delivery and returns policy will apply:

- DELIVERY POLICY/送貨政策
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
處理訂單的時間通常為2個工作日內。訂單在週末和節假日不會處理和送達。如果我們在短時間內收到大量的訂單，發貨有可能被延期幾天的時間。請給我們額外的幾天時間送達您的訂單。如果您的訂單會被延誤很長時間，我們會通過電郵或者是電話與您聯繫。 - DAMAGES/損壞
The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
我們無法為運輸過程中造成的貨物損失和丟失負責。請聯繫貨物運輸公司進行索賠。 - RETURNS (refunds and exchanges) /退貨（退款和換貨）
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
如果您對商品不滿意，請告知我們。當您提供有效的購買收據，我們提供30天內的退換貨服務。如果超過30天，我們無法給您退換貨。如果您需要退換貨的話，商品退回時不影響二次銷售。也就是說商品不能使用過，應該和您收到商品時的狀態一樣。我們需要您提供有效的訂單收據處理您的退換貨申請。請不要不商品直接退還給生產商。 - REFUNDS/退款
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.
我們收到您退回的商品後，我們會檢查商品。並且給您發送一封郵件告知您我們收到了您退回的商品。我們同時也會告知您退回的商品是否滿足退款要求。如果您的退貨申請被同意，退款會通過原支付方式退回（通常在14天內）。 - EXCHANGE/換貨
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at wayne@crestmax.hk and post your item to: RM 1805-06, 18/F, HOLLYWOOD PLAZA, 610 NATHAN ROAD, KOWLOON, HONG KONG.
